Brantry Lough is a great spot for outdoor recreation. The waters provide high class brown trout fishing with takeable trout stocked throughout the season.

Route Description
The lough covers an area of around 24 hectares or 60 acres.The woodland plays host to a wide variety of wildlife. Keep an eye out for evidence of foxes, badgers and bats. Look up to the skies for a variety of birdlife such as Buzzards, Great tits, Blue tits and chaffinch. Down by the Lake you may see dragon flies, damsel fries and swans.
