
Muff Glen Forest Walk
With 34 hectares of mixed woodland, all of which straddles a valley alongside the Muff River, the forest provides a welcome retreat for the local residents of Eglinton and visitors from surrounding areas. This is a scenic circular walk through the woods with some steep steps and a waterfall.

Route Description
The forest is accessible on foot via the loop path, with views of the waterfall at the southern end of the trail.
To arrange a special event or activity in this forest, you should apply in the first instance to the Recreation Manager, Forest Service NI at Garvagh Forest Office.
These walks are situated in a working forest environment and may be subject to diversion and closure from time to time.
