The walking tour starts at Ballywalter Park and the Lime Kilns and ends at the old Parish Church and graveyard.

Getting to the Start (by Car)
Ballywalter is situated on the Irish Sea coast of the Ards Peninsula, 11 miles outside of Newtownards. It can be reached by car from Newtownards, via Greyabbey.
Leaving Newtownards, follow the Portaferry Road out of the town. Continue on this road (A20) until you reach Greyabbey. At the mini-roundabout turn left and follow the main street until you reach the T-junction. Turn right here and follow the signs for Ballywalter.
Getting to the Start (on Foot)
In Ballywalter, the starting point for the tour is the car park situated on the Springvale Road. The car park is clearly signposted and is positioned just before the lime kilns on the left hand side and opposite the walks of Ballywalter Park. The walking tour starts at Ballywalter Park and the Lime Kilns and ends at the old Parish Church and Graveyard.
Dogs
Dogs are allowed. Dogs should be kept on leads at all times.
