About the Group

This GOGA Nordic Walk programme is funded through the Get Out Get Active programme.

Nordic Walking is a fun and enjoyable activity that is suitable for all. Specialised poles are used to engage up to 90% of your skeletal muscles and tones the upper and lower body. It's great for the heart and lungs and the use of the poles will reduce pressure on the joints and help improve your posture.

Learn how to Nordic Walk with qualified and experienced coaches. Poles can be provided.

We walk in various locations around the Craigavon area including Craigavon Lakes, Lurgan Park and Oxford Island.
